Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ApplyLogic at applylogic.ai and related ApplyLogic services (the "Service"), owned and operated by Sekora AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, connected OAuth providers, and MCP tokens. You are responsible for activity under your account and for clients or agents you authorize. Notify us at hello@sekora.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans and payment

ApplyLogic currently offers the available product features as part of a free plan. We may introduce paid plans for additional AI agents, automation, higher limits, or other premium features. Paid features will be described at the time they are offered. We may change, limit, or discontinue free or paid features as the product evolves.

User content

You may upload resumes, save searches, save jobs, write notes, store cover letter text, and provide other content to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use User Content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for job search or application tracking.

AI features

The Service may use AI-assisted workflows to summarize resumes, create search profiles, rank jobs, suggest matching reasons, or support connected agent workflows. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

MCP and connected agents

ApplyLogic includes an OAuth-protected MCP server that can let connected clients and AI agents access job search and saved-job tools according to granted scopes. Only authorize clients you trust. Actions taken by authorized clients may affect your saved jobs, notes, or application tracking data. You can revoke MCP access from account settings where available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except through documented or authorized interfaces.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue load on the Service or related infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service or connected MCP tools to spam, impersonate others, or automate abusive activity.

Job listings and application decisions

The Service aggregates and normalizes job postings from third-party employer career sites and other public or provider sources. We do not employ candidates, represent employers, guarantee interviews or offers, or control hiring decisions. Job listings, compensation, availability, and application links may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Apply at your own discretion.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, workflows, and content other than third-party job postings and User Content, is owned by Sekora AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, database storage, workflow automation, AI processing, job data sources, and optional connected clients. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, security risk, abuse, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT JOB OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SEKORA AI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sekora AI LLC and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your connected clients or agents, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
